British Airways IT Failure - An Apology from BA

Hello Global Viewers,


I recently checked my e-mails and noticed that I received an apology from British Airways's CEO Alex Cruz.


The e-mail was in relation to the global IT failure which disrupted flights and had a knock on effect with flights days later. My flight, as I have said in another blogpost, was delayed due to a technical reason; the fuel gage was showing a false level of fuel. We were delayed but we were still able to fly which was a huge relief!
